"We", "our" or "us" means Skyfever.com
“You” or "your" means the person accessing, using or ordering from our website over the Internet.
"Voucher" means a voucher for a specific experience package.
Website prices, descriptions and photography
Prices are correct at the time of going to press, but we reserve the right to change prices without notice, provided we inform you at the time of order. Vouchers will not be issued until payment is collected in full. Prices include voucher packs, and postage.
We have tried hard to ensure that descriptions and illustrations used on our website are accurate. However, these are intended to give a general idea of the flight described and do not form part of any contract between you and Skyfever.
Delivery
Standard delivery by 1st class Royal Mail is included in the price. When you place your order your vouchers will be dispatched within three working days. We ask that you allow 5 working days for 1st class deliveries to allow for postal delays which are beyond our control. Special deliveries, for which there is a £10 surcharge, should arrive by 1pm two working days after placing your order.
Payment
Vouchers are dispatched once full payment has been received. All orders must be paid for by UK credit, debit card or cheque. Cheque payments must clear before voucher issue so please allow ten working days. You can pay by Visa (credit, debit and Electron), MasterCard, Delta, Solo or Switch / Maestro...
Voucher Validity
Vouchers are valid for 12 months. The expiry date is printed on the voucher.
Exchanges
If you or your recipient are not satisfied with the experience purchased you may exchange it with an alternative experience from our range within 30 days of the voucher issue date, provided that the substitute voucher is of the same or greater value and subject to written confirmation by email or letter. A supplement will be payable if the chosen flight costs more than the original activity. Only one exchange is allowed. You may be required to return the original voucher before an exchange can be completed - we will advise you if this is required.
Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by letter or email within 30 days from receipt of the voucher and we will happily arrange a full refund provided the experience has not been booked with the operator. Refunds will be made in the same form as payment was received (if you paid by credit card, the refund will go back to that credit card account) and to the purchaser only.

All third party copyright, trademarks, brand names, product names and titles on this website are acknowledged. This website is protected by Copyright and the Copyright, Trademarks, logos and Intellectual Property rights for the content of the Skyfever website are the property of Skyfever Aviation. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. Any use, printing or copying of materials on this website, other than in the course of browsing, selecting products and ordering from us, is strictly prohibited. Any framing of this website is prohibited.

We use IP addresses to analyse trends, administer the website, track user's movement, and gather broad demographic information. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.

The purchaser and Skyfever agree that any problems fall under the jurisdiction of the English courts. All the clauses and sub-clauses in our terms and conditions are independent of each other. If one clause or sub-clause is invalid or unenforceable, this will not affect any other clause or sub-clause.
